Global Emerging Property Fund, the real estate division of Greek Global Finance, launch the Global City a mix project which includes two business centers with a lettable area of 44,000 sq m, commercial spaces, parking area of 890 places and the residential buildings of 381 units in the Pipera area. Developed on 6 ha with a built surface 130,000 sq m,  the projects will meet three stages. The office buildings will be finalized till the first quarter of 2009, and the finalization of the whole project being scheduled for the end of 2010.

Global Finance plans to develop two more projects – Global Gardens a residential project, near the American School in the North of Bucharest and Global Plaza Floreasca a mixed project, located near Floreasca Park, with office spaces, commercial galleries and luxury apartments. The construction works on the two projects will start during the next year.

Global Finance is an independent private investment fund, which manage a series of investment funds.  The investment of company for the projects development announced on the market  rise to more than 400 million Euro. The company is managed by Ellias Georgandas, CFO of Global Finance Real Estate.
